Italmatch Chemicals’ Personal Care, Fabric Softeners and Plastic Additives Business Unit is a leading manufacturer and supplier of oleochemical products to be used as raw materials and additives in a variety of sectors.
The main industrial activity is the manufacturing of fatty acids and their derivatives. Our products are present in various markets such as Household, Plastics & Rubber, Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Personal Care and Lubricants.
Our Business Unit includes the merger of several Spanish companies, including Union Derivan, S.A. (UNDESA), that has been present in the market for almost 50 years.

We have a fully-integrated system and R&D and Application activities in three laboratories in Spain and Italy, and synergies with Italmatch’s Global R&D community.

Since the company obtained the ISO 9001 certification in 1995, it has maintained its quality certification without interruption and is currently ISO 9001:2015-certified.
Again, in its commitment to the environment, our production centre has ISO 14001:2015 environmental management certification.
